1 lettuce of your choice
3 avocados peeled and sliced
1 lemon freshly squeezed
4 tablespoons Walnut Oil Dressing (page 100)
1/2 cup pecan nuts
(GF, DF, V)
Wash and dry the lettuce and place into a bowl.
Add avocados, lemon juice and dressing, fold nuts through salad and toss well.
